ÖKSÜZ, who was born in Kahramanmaraş in 1953, completed his primary education in Kahramanmaraş and high school in Istanbul Kabataş Erkek Lisesi. ÖKSÜZ, who is a graduate of ITU Mechanical Engineering, studied textile and agriculture abroad and started his business life in agriculture because his father was an agriculturalist.
ÖKSÜZ, who was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors with the activation of Kipaş A.Ş. in 1984, still continues this duty. In 1998, he pioneered the establishment of the Kahramanmaraş Industrialists and Businessmen Association (KASİAD) and was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. ÖKSÜZ, who has served in this position at KASİAD for many years, is currently the Chairman of the Advisory Board of the association. In addition to being a member of the Board of Directors of Kahramanmaraş Chamber of Commerce and Industry, this year he was elected as a member of the High Coordination Board of Turkey Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges (TOBB) as a result of the 64th General Assembly.
He is married, has five children and knows English.

After completing primary school in İstiklal İlkokulu in 1964, he graduated from Kahramanmaraş High School in 1972.He graduated from Ankara Başkent Commercial Sciences Academy in 1976. He is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Kipaş Holding. He knows Arabic well. He is married and has three boys.

Ahmet Öksüz was born in Kahramanmaraş in 1970. Ahmet ÖKSÜZ, who is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kipaş Holding, completed his high school in Istanbul Kabataş High School and his university education in the Mechanical Engineering Department of Yıldız Technical University. ÖKSÜZ, who completed his master's education at Florida University in 1993, started his business life in Kipaş Holding, which operates in many fields, especially textiles.
Between 1999-2018, he served as the "Member of the Board of Directors and Vice Chairman" at ITHIB. He served as the “Head of the Garment Sector Council” at TOBB. He represented our country as a Board Member of Euratex European Textile Federation between 2008-2018.
In the ITHIB General Assembly held in 2018, he was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors to serve in the 2018-2022 period.
who is a member of Fenerbahçe Sports Club and 1907 Association, speaks English and German.

She is a member of the Board of Directors in various companies within the Group.

He was born in Kahramanmaraş in 1987. He completed his primary and secondary education in Kahramanmaraş and his high school education in Gaziantep Science High School as a boarder. Then he graduated from Galatasaray University, Department of Business Administration.
He started his business life in Istanbul as an auditor and returned to Kahramanmaraş after his career there. He works at Kipaş Holding in the fields of finance, accounting and foreign trade and holds the title of SMMM. Hikmet GÜMÜŞER, who is still a Member of the Board of Directors of Kipaş Holding, is married and has 2 children.
