Working with the principle of being the best in the industry, it became one of the leading cement producers in Turkey in a short time. With the approach of continuous improvement, efficient production and environmental protection, K\u00c7S commissioned the power plant with a production capacity of 9 MW \/ h from waste heat in 2017 and commissioned the \"Waste Incinerator\" in 2018, where waste is disposed and energy is recovered. <\/i><\/i><\/span>WASTE HEAT RECOVERY<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>With an approach of continuous improvement, efficient production, and environmental protection, K\u00c7S Kipa\u015f Cement commissioned its Energy Plant with a production capacity of 9 MW\/h from Waste Heat in 2017.<\/span><\/p>\nBy recovering the waste heat generated as a result of our processes;<\/p>\n
\n- We preheat raw materials and heat the materials ground in the mills by reusing it in our processes. <\/span><\/li>\n
- We provide heating within the facility and hot water for baths.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Thanks to our Waste Heat Recovery facility, we meet approximately 20-25% of our electricity energy needs from waste heat.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
