Fabric production facilities affiliated with Kipaş Holding, have a rich product portfolio that includes fabrics produced from all fiber groups, especially cotton and our Fabric Production Line that has 120.000 m² closed area, 700 weaving machines, and 1500 experienced employees, annually produce 35 million meters of non-denim and 50 million meters of denim fabric. Our Denim Production Line: Kipaş Textile’s denim facility, established in 2002 through strategic investment, has reshaped the perception of classic denim fabrics. With years of experience, we have brought innovation to denim and continue to deliver Turkish fabric to every corner of the world. In 2011, our production increased by 35% thanks to additional investments. Through the collections we have prepared, Kipaş Denim has received highly positive feedback from customers and is committed to creating a positive impact in the fashion industry. Half of our production is carried out using sustainable resources, and providing maximum access to sustainable solutions remains our top priority. Kipaş Denim operates with a large-scale production setup, including 372 weaving machines and 5 indigo dyeing machines, supported by a workforce of 1,500 people. Our facilities cover 110,000 square meters of indoor space, and we have an annual production capacity of 55 million meters. We are capable of producing both stretch and rigid denim fabrics in weights ranging from 5 to 15 ounces. With integrated production plants and an R&D center located in Kahramanmaraş, and sales offices in Istanbul, we employ over 5,000 people in total.
