Kipaş Holding will share its nearly 40 years of experience in the textile industry with students of Istanbul Technical University (İTÜ).

According to a written statement from the holding, Kipaş Holding sponsors internship programs for the Textile Engineering department of Istanbul Technical University, one of Turkey’s prestigious universities, aiming to provide students with the highest level of practical experience.

Hosting approximately 60 students under this program, Kipaş Holding offers internships designed in accordance with the duration and content suited to the characteristics and requirements of undergraduate education to help students consolidate the theoretical and practical knowledge gained during their studies.

At Kipaş Textile’s weaving, denim, dyeing-finishing, laboratory, and yarn facilities, students are encouraged to get familiar with their professional fields, gain hands-on experience in design and planning, plan their careers as they approach graduation, acquire knowledge and experience related to production and marketing processes, and achieve the highest level of expertise in their chosen specializations.

In a statement regarding the program, Kipaş Holding Chairman Mehmet Hanefi Öksüz said the holding always supports successful and hardworking young people.

Offering his best wishes to the students in the internship program, Öksüz said:

“Our goal at Kipaş Holding is to ensure that our successful, hardworking, and idealistic youth reach important positions in their professional lives and to transfer the experience we have gained to them in the most productive way to support our country’s economy. We support students from universities all across Turkey through our internship program. The main reason we sponsor Istanbul Technical University is the great achievements shown by the university and its students in the field of textiles. Additionally, we want our young people to see our hometown Kahramanmaraş, our culture, and our investments up close. We welcome our students and wish them success in their internships and professional careers.”
