KIPAŞ HOLDING LEAVES ITS MARK ON THE ANATOLIA 500

The “Top 500 Companies of Anatolia” list, compiled based on 2018 financial data and jointly organized by Ekonomist Magazine and Turkish Economy Bank (TEB), has been published. The ranking includes companies operating outside of Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir.
With nearly 10,000 employees and over $1 billion in revenue, our company continues to be a source of pride for Kahramanmaraş and remains one of the driving forces of the Turkish economy.
With 9 companies ranked in the Anatolia 500, our group achieved the distinction of being the third holding with the most companies on the list—an outstanding success.
Founded in 1984 and recognized for its high-tech investments in production, our company has reached major milestones with a workforce of nearly 10,000.
Our group, which is the top taxpayer in Kahramanmaraş, is also among Turkey’s leading exporters.
Active in textiles, paper, energy, cement, and education, Kipaş Holding is also one of Turkey's pioneers in innovation and houses Kahramanmaraş’s first Research and Development (R&D) unit.

Continuing its investments in 2019, Kipaş Mensucat was ranked 29th in the Anatolia 500 list with its workforce of nearly 5,000 and high-tech production capabilities.
Kipaş Paper, which has quickly become a major player in its sector, ranked 67th on the list. The company is continuing its investment in Söke, Aydın, with a paper facility expected to be commissioned in the third quarter of 2020, aiming for even greater success in the years ahead.
With a total cement production capacity of 4 million tons, 14 ready-mix concrete plants across different provinces, and more than 600 employees, KÇS Kipaş Cement and Concrete Industries ranked 150th.
Maren Maraş Electricity Production Inc., a geothermal energy producer based in Germencik, Aydın, and part of Kipaş Holding, ranked 273rd.
Our foreign trade company, Kipaş Pazarlama, maintained its position at 110th, just like last year.
Among our affiliates: Akedaş Retail Sales Inc. ranked 31st, Akedaş Electricity Distribution Inc. ranked 214th, Erdem Tekstil ranked 244th.
